The days shortened, and the wedding date grew closer and closer, until the day came. I layed in bed in a deep slumber. Pewdie was so axnious last night, we stayed up all night, and both of us were exhausted. This sleep is what we needed.
My blank, black slumber started to slowly fade to a dream, so realistic I couldn't tell if it was a dream or reality. It was me and Pewdie, at the altar. He slid the golden ring onto my finger, it almost blending in with me. I smiled down at our hands, and slipped his ring on his finger, kissing it gently.
"You may now kiss the bride." said the preacher, smiling. Pewdie slowly leaned in as I chuckled, then he opened one eyes, looking at me, puzzled. The crowd was begining to look confused as well.
Without saying a word, I grabbed the back of the Swede's head and pulled him into a passionate kiss. He was tense at first, but then relaxed and returned the favor, and everyone began cheering.
My dream was of a normal wedding, what this day was supposed to be. Not the Hell I was making it.
Then the alarm clock began to go off. 5:30 in the morning. I rubbed the sleep away from my eyes as Pewdie stirred next to me.
"5 more minutes, Stephy.." he mumbled in his half sleep.
"It's not me, it's time to get up." I said, rolling over, hugging him frm behind and kissing his neck. "Our wedding day.."
He smiled and held my hand. "That's right.. Come on, let's get ready.." he said, slamming his hand down on the alarm clock, making it shut off. I smiled back and climbed out of the blankets, taking my yellow t-shirt on, replacing it with my tunic.
Pewdie went to the shower while I got dressed. We had to hurry to go pick up our tuxedos, then pick up the cake at the bakery, then drive to the beach to decorate. It was going to be a busy day.. It's all worth it Stephano.. The days of acting, all the stress of being rushed, it'll be worth it. my mind whispered to itself.
After the arguing with the tailor, trying to fit the cake in the car, then the long ass drive to the beach, I was ready to just quit. Just do it now. But I must wait, for others to be around. I opened the car door, and stepped out onto the beach.
I took my hat off at the heat, and wiped my forehead.
"Damn, Pewide.. Are you sure I wont melt before our wedding?" I said jokingly. He giggled and came around the car, opening the trunk.
"I would say go run in the ocean, but then you'd rust. I'm sure you'll be fine, just take that heavy jacket off." he said, unloading some of the decorations. I threw my javket and shirt off, throwing it in the car, then walked back to him, picking up some a box of decorations. He smiled at the sight of me. "I said the jacket, not everything, you little tease."
I chuckled and smirked. "It'll all be worth it tonight.. On the Honeymoon.." I said, walking off onto the sand. He blushed just at the thought of what he thought would happen, making me smirk more at the fact that his plans were going to be completely ruined.
Mr.Chair pulled up next to our car. "Hey guys, where's Piggeh?" he asked as he stepped out of the car. I just stayed silent and lowered my head as I unlaoded the decorations from the box. I'd let Pewdie cover this one.
"I don't know, I haven't seen him in a while. Hopefully he shows up soon. If not, well.. We'll just have to do it with out him." Pewdie said as he handed Mr.Chair a box of decorations. "Stephy's over there, give them to him."
Mr.Chair nodded and walked over to me, laying the box in the sand. "Hello, Stephano!" he said cheerfully. I looked up at him and faked a smile.
"Allos, Miseour Chair! Glad to see you could make it." I replied. He smiled back and chuckled.
"Glad to be here. I wouldn't miss this day for the world." he said as he unloaded his box. Soon after, all three of us got set on decorating the beach for our "special" day.
